This page explains what happens to the details you leave in the contact forms on this recruitment website.
What we collect
- What you type into the form: first name, last name, WhatsApp mobile number (with its country code), your military experience and, if you choose, what draws you to the Legion.
- Technical details sent with the form: the page address, the link you arrived from, your browser language and type, the country suggested by your IP address (used only to pre-select the phone country code), and advertising parameters in the link (such as
utm_*,ttclid,fbclid).
Why
- So that a recruiter can contact you — by WhatsApp or phone — to discuss joining the International Legion.
- To understand which advertising brought you here. This is aggregated and not used to make decisions about you.
Who sees it
Only the recruitment team handling applications. We do not sell your details and do not share them with anyone outside the recruitment process.
Cookies and advertising tools
If advertising pixels (Meta, TikTok, Google) are enabled on this site, they may set cookies to measure whether an advert led to an application. You can block them in your browser settings; the forms will still work.
How long we keep it
For as long as needed to process your application and stay in touch about it. If you ask us to delete your details, we will.
Your rights
You can ask us at any time what we hold about you, to correct it, or to delete it. Write to us using the contact details below, or reply to the recruiter who contacted you.
